All our prices are stated with the legal VAT taxes of 7.7% and are in CHF.
ORDER & DELIVERY
All orders are binding. Immediately after receiving, the order will be processed and will leave our warehouse by mail as soon as possible. This normally takes around 3 – 5 days. As our products are not mass production delays can occur. In that case we will transact partial shipments and will forward you the remaining items as soon as possible.
DELIVERY COSTS SWITZERLAND/LIECHTENSTEIN
We offer free shipping within Switzerland & Liechtenstein over 100 CHF. Delivery costs for returns will be payed by the customer.
DELIVERY COSTS EUROPEAN UNION
For deliveries to the European Union we invoice the actual packaging and postage costs. We will ship your order via Swiss Post. Taxes are at the expense of the customers.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For shipping to all the other foreign countries we invoice the actual packaging and postage costs. We will ship your order via Swiss Post. Taxes are at the expense of the customers.

All merchandise for sale on cricketerpro.com is in brand new and original. We are the dealers of biggest Cricket brands in the world. Our products are made specially for European market and keeping up with standard.
GUARANTEES & DEFECTS
We do not offer any guarantee on the damage after or while usage of the products as these are hand made products. The original invoice rates as guarantee certificate – please keep it. Should delivered articles show obvious material or production defects, to which transportation damage counts too, then please reclaim those defects directly to us and within 14 days.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Should you don’t like the article or should it doesn’t fit properly, then you can return the article in faultless condition by mail within 14 days. In case of return send the product in its original packaging with the invoice back to us. Your post office will hand you out a receipt which contains a track & trace code. Please keep that one. We guarantee to all our customers the delivery of faultless, new products.
