Should delivered articles show obvious material or production defects, to which transportation damage counts too, then please reclaim those defects directly to us and within 14 days.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Should you don’t like the article or should it doesn’t fit properly, then you can return the article in faultless condition by mail within 14 days. In case of return send the product in its original packaging with the invoice back to us. Your post office will hand you out a receipt which contains a track & trace code. Please keep that one.
